All products sold by LH3D are handmade to order using 3D printing technology. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

 

We have made every effort to display the colours and finishes of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate, and finishes may vary slightly between units due to the nature of the 3D printing process.

 

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and our other authorised payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

 

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Because each item is made to order, please allow for the stated production time in addition to shipping time. LH3D is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our returns and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. As many of our items are custom made (including personalised name/initial engraving), please review the Refund Policy carefully before ordering.
