SHIPPING POLICY

 

Order processing time

All LH3D items are made to order using 3D printing technology. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be printed, assembled and quality-checked before it is shipped.

 

Shipping within Australia

Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

 

International shipping

We are happy to ship internationally. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7-21 business days after dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

 

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

 

Delays

While we do our best to meet the timeframes above, please note that production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, customs processing, or courier delays outside our control.
